Flash Mob at Stoke-on-Trent Pride.

Working alongside Ghetto Fabulous Dance Company, with volunteers from the general public, Abbey Hill College and Stoke On Trent Sixth Form.

Culture Volunteers attended dance workshops at their colleges and The New Vic Theatre, led by dancer Josh from Ghetto Fabulous Dance Company, to learn a simple but effective routine.

The routine was performed twice during the Pride celebrations in Hanley Park, with the bandstand as a backdrop. The group performed with incredible enthusiasm and energy, attracting big crowds each time, who loved every minute of it!

The performers aged between 16 and 80 years old, both members of the LGBTQ community and their allies, sending the message loud and proud that Pride (and dance) is for everyone!
