In 2025, we matched our volunteers with 347 volunteering opportunities. That’s an opportunity for nearly every day of the year!

At Culture Volunteer North Staffordshire we match the right opportunity to you. Whether you love the energy and excitement of festivals and parades, or prefer the peace and quiet of museums and heritage sites; you are bound to find opportunities that suit you and your needs.

For us, volunteering is not just about what you give back, but about the experiences and memories you create. We’re here for you at every stage of your volunteering journey

Previous Opportunities

Here is a list of some of the organisations we have worked with at Culture Volunteer North Staffordshire and the opportunities they offer.

Please note: Our opportunities change all the time, depending on what is on offer each year.

Ford Green Hall

Step inside Ford Green Hall and see what everyday life was like for families over 400 years ago.

Built just after the Tudor period, this historic farmhouse helps bring 1624 to life in a way that’s easy to understand and fun to explore.

As a volunteer at Ford Green Hall, you can help visitors experience the hall in a new light helping to support with games and activities that take place during the holidays.

This tends to be a quieter opportunity which suits new volunteers and people who prefer to volunteer in a relaxed environment.
